ထေလာ့ျမန္မာ၊ အိုျမန္မာတို ့
တို ့ရြာ တို ့ေျမ၊ တို ့ရြာေျမ၀ယ္
ေစတီစပါး၊ မ်ားလည္းမ်ား၏
မ်ားပါေလလဲ၊ တမြဲမြဲႏွင့္
ဆင္းရဲကာသာ၊ ကာလၾကာလွ်င္
ယာစကာမ်ဳိး၊ တၫိႈးၫိႈးႏွင့္
ပုထိုးျမင့္ေမာင္း၊ေက်ာင္းႀကိဳေက်ာင္းၾကား
လွည့္လည္သြားလွ်က္
မစားေလရ၊ ၀မ္္းမ၀၍
ဆြမ္းမွ်မတင္ႏိုင္ ရွိမည္တည္း။

မ်ားပါေလလည္း၊ တမြဲမြဲႏွင့္
ဆင္းရဲကာသာ၊ ကာလၾကာလွ်င္
ျမင္သာျမင္ရ၊ မစားရ၍
ေတာကၿပိတၱာ၊ ျဖစ္မည္တည္း။

ထေလာ့ျမန္မာ၊ ျမန္မာထေလာ့၊
အားမေပ်ာ့ႏွင့္၊ မေလ်ာ့လံု ့လ
သူကစ၍၊ ငါကအားလံုး
လက္႐ံုးမ်ားေျမာင္၊ ဥာဏ္မ်ားေျမာင္ႏွင့္
စြမ္းေဆာင္ၾကေလ
ဤေျမဤရြာ ဘယ္သူ ့ရြာလဲ
ဤယာစပါး၊ ဘယ္သူ ့စပါးလဲ
ထားေလာ့တာ၀န္၊ ဥာဏ္ေရွ ့ပန္း၍
တ၀မ္းတစိတ္၊ ညီေစသတည္း။

Our Land

Wake up Burmese! O’ Burmese!

In our land, pagodas and paddies are plenty.

Yet, we all live in poverty.

With prevailing paucity, we’d become poorer

Rummaging food around temples and pagodas.

Will find no enough food even for survival,

No longer we can offer food to Buddha and his disciples.

Wake up Burmese! O’ Burmese!

In our land, water sources and agrarian produces are plenty.

Yet, we all live in poverty.

With prevailing paucity, we’d become ghostly spirits.

Won’t be able to eat whatever we glimpse.

Wake up Burmese! Wake up please!

Leave no stone unturned & never give up.

You, me and everyone, with our zeal and efforts,

We have to outdo.

For the land we cherished

and For the paddies we owned.

Take charge and envision with advisability

We all must strive in unity.
